Region V Fall 2012 Update

Greetings from Region V. As I finish the first quarter of this year school year, I can’t believe how fast it has gone. I’m looking how fast VISION 2012 will be upon us. We all have a lot going on with the start of the school year or like me the end of the first quarter, but we must not lose sight of our goals and of VISION 2012. Our ACTE membership has gone up, but has gone down in region V. Please help me reach out to those who are not members or those that have let their membership laps are.

If you have not made your plans to attend VISION 2012 you need to start. I’m glad to report we have 230 Region V people signed up so far, but we are short on the total from last year of 469. I would like to see 500 attendees from our region. If you have not registered please do so soon. We have 42 signed up for the awards banquet. Let support our region V awards winners by signing up for the Awards banquet. The format this year awards program is different and you must sign up and pay, cost covers your meal. I would love from region V to have the largest representation at this year’s awards banquet.
