Get ready for an energizing gathering of big ideas, meaningful connections, and fresh momentum at the 2027 Midwinter Leadership Conference, hosted by the ACTEAZ and ACOVA. Midwinter is where Arizona’s CTE leaders come together to learn from one another and shape what’s next for Career and Technical Education. You’ll find something here to challenge your thinking, fuel your passion, and give you practical ideas you can put to work right away.
Smaller by design. Deeper by purpose.

Celebrate CTE. Celebrate Each Other.
What better time to gather than during CTE Month® in February?
For more than 25 years, Midwinter has been a place for Arizona’s CTE community to come together and celebrate the people, programs, and possibilities that make CTE extraordinary.
This year, we’re bringing that tradition forward with new energy, new ideas, and new opportunities to connect.
